Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Clothing - Marshall, MN

About the Role

A Sales Associate assists customers throughout the retail store, focusing on delivering excellent customer service. This role involves a variety of tasks including customer interaction, cashier duties, product knowledge, and store maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with service questions while they shop.
• Price store merchandise and make price changes as directed by management.
• Stock and face merchandise on shelves.
• Assist in receiving freight and organize incoming products.
• Participate in cycle counts.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and handle them appropriately.
• Process customer transactions using the KCX cash register system.
• Ensure accurate cash handling.
• Handle customer returns.
• Perform general housekeeping and other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Assemble products as needed.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and understanding of clothing, footwear, and accessories.
• Ability to work days, nights, and every other weekend.

Pay

$13.00 - $14.00 per hour, depending on experience.
