About the role
A key member of our customer service team who will exude upbeat, contagious energy and create memorable customer experiences through storytelling and authentic engagement. As a Sales Associate, you will be the expert in sustainable fashion, product knowledge, and personal style.
Responsibilities
- Provide a seamless omnichannel customer experience between retail stores and ecommerce platforms
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and passion for sustainable fashion
- Achieve personal sales and performance goals consistently
- Effectively communicate across various platforms with purpose
- Contribute to brand advocacy and purpose-driven business practices
Requirements
- Experience in a similar scope, preferably with hi-growth direct-to-consumer retail brands
- Adept with technology and retail apps
- Proven track record of outpacing sales and performance goals
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Comfortable climbing ladders, moving regularly, and standing for extended periods
