Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Bethesda Row

The Sales Associate at ALO is responsible for driving sales goals, providing an authentic and organic experience, and building strong relationships with customers. Key responsibilities include:

1. Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO's Flow initiatives
2. Optimize productivity and efficiency
3. Engage with customers and create an easy shopping environment
4. Build client relationships daily
5. Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results
6. Support achieving action plans and highlight growth opportunities
7. Develop workforce solutions and lead selling initiatives
8. Provide personal testimony and knowledge of all aspects of the ALO business model
9. Leverage company tools, incentives, and strategies to meet store goals
10. Resolve customer needs quickly and effectively
11. Introduce all facets of the ALO business model, including Retail, Yoga, and Café
12. Understand and protect the daily schedule
13. Absolutely ensure all front and back of house procedures are executed according to company policy and procedures

Qualifications include:

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Alignment with ALO’s Guiding Principles
• Self-motivation and desire to achieve results
• Constant movement in and around the store
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and twist
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift

Sales Associate Schedule:

• Part-Time: Up to 30 hours per week, minimum 4 hours per shift
• Full-Time: Open availability, 7 days a week, between 32 - 40 hours
