About the role
We’re looking for a Retail Sales Associate who actively drives store performance, rather than just supporting it. This role goes beyond traditional retail. You will be responsible for:
What You’ll Own
- Customer Experience & Selling
- Deliver a high-energy, product-driven sales experience
- Actively engage customers and guide them to the right product
- Drive conversion and attachment (multiple units, add-ons, upgrades)
- Confidently communicate product features, styling, and benefits
- Store Performance
- Contribute to store KPIs including conversion, AOV, and UPT
- Support execution of product launches, promotions, and merchandising
- Maintain strong awareness of top-performing styles and trends
- Operations & Execution
- Keep the sales floor fully stocked, organized, and visually strong
- Execute transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support inventory, replenishment, and loss prevention standards
- Team & Culture
- Bring a positive, accountable, team-first mindset
- Take initiative and identify opportunities to improve performance
- Partner with leadership to continuously elevate execution
What You Bring
- 1 - 3+ years of retail or sales experience (performance-driven environments preferred)
- Confidence in engaging customers and driving sales outcomes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a bias toward action
- An interest in product, style, and customer experience

Position Details
- Part-time role based in South Congress - Austin, TX
- Reports to Store Manager
- Must be available for weekends and flexible scheduling
