About The Role

We are looking for a passionate Sales Associate who can deliver a top-notch customer experience and rock the sales floor (and the behind-the-scenes) while promoting and upholding the standards of our iconic brand, all under the guidance of our Store Management team.

Responsibilities

• Energize every customer interaction with a warm and helpful vibe, sparking conversation that inspires sales and builds brand love.
• Stay connected to our newest campaigns and product launches and promote our brand vision to customers.
• Work the sales floor by processing new inventory, restocking shelves, cashiering, and more.
• Radiate pride, commitment, and passion for our brand and customers.

Requirements

• Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills.
• Energy and excitement around our brand goals and values.
• Prior retail experience preferred (but not required).
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
