Sales Associate (Part-Time)

About the role

Sales Associates are responsible for ensuring all guests have an extremely positive impression of (and experience shopping at) The Bridge Thrift Store in Orland Park and Bridge Thrift Home & Restoration in Frankfort. They will work alongside the Store Operator and Assistant Manager in serving guest needs, creating a community atmosphere and supporting the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all guests have an extremely positive shopping experience
• Serve guest needs effectively
• Create a welcoming and supportive community atmosphere
• Support the sales floor

Requirements

• Ability to work 15-20 hours a week during the day
• Work location: The Bridge Thrift Store in Orland Park, Illinois

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older for higher hourly rate
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required
