Sales Associate - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Call prospective clients to book stretch consultations
• Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
• Schedule and rebook member appointments
• Follow up with leads and missed appointments
• Greet members and provide a great first impression
• Aid with basic front desk and studio operations

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Organized, reliable, and positive attitude
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus
• Work in a fast-growing wellness company
• Positive, energetic team environment

Qualifications

• A minimum prerequisite to SZM is a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.

Skills

• Knowledge of stretching methodologies
• Ability to work with the stretch reflex
• Experience with the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM)
