Sales Associate (Part-Time)

About the role

A Sales Associate assists with merchandise receiving, stocking, pricing, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, provide personalized service, and answer questions promptly
• Escalate unresolved customer issues to management
• Support merchandise resets and ensure accurate signage
• Operate equipment such as forklifts (with training)
• Maintain back stock and store cleanliness
• Uphold core values: winning, excellence, love, integrity, gratitude, humility, and teamwork in daily interactions

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Retail experience preferred
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs, and climb
• Professionalism, strong communication skills, and commitment to a positive work environment

Pay

$12.00 – $13.00 per hour
