About The Position

• Interacts and assists customers, donors, and others with merchandise selection, suggestion selling, and cashiering in a courteous and professional manner.
• Pays attention to detail while handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions, closing out cash drawer and balancing all point of sale (POS) transactions.
• Able to communicate through standard telephone and wireless audio systems.
• Maintains a clean work environment.
• Supports team members, assists supervisors and leads when necessary.
• Builds and maintains internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Demonstrates safe work practices through awareness and observation in support of a safety culture; reports any potential hazards or accidents.
