About the Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Associate at ALDO is all about driving sales while creating great in-store experience. You bring the energy, the style, and the attitude that keeps customers coming back.
Responsibilities
- Hit your sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets
- Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays
- Follow all policies and procedures (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention)
- Support daily operations like restocking and back-store tasks
- Help create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or service industry
- Deep interest in fashion
- Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people
- Available for day, night, and weekend shifts
- Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days
