About the role

A Sales Stylist position focused on delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, maintaining merchandising standards, and supporting daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service using The 3C's: Connect, Consult & Close
• Achieve or surpass daily sales and performance goals
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and store standards
• Assist with inventory, replenishment, pricing, and visual presentation
• Follow cash handling, security, safety, and loss prevention protocols

Requirements

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand, walk, squat, and bend for extended periods

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Customer service experience (preferred)
