About the Role
A Sales Stylist is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and understanding of the company's heritage
- Provide exceptional customer service using the Connect, Consult & Close approach
- Achieve and exceed sales and performance goals
- Follow cash handling, security, safety, and loss prevention guidelines
- Assist with merchandise replenishment, pricing, inventory, and store appearance
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and standing, walking, squatting, and bending regularly
- Preferably with at least 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred
