The Optical Specialist is customer-facing role at the heart of the Eyeglass World in-store experience. This position brings the brand to life through confident service, attention to detail, and ownership of the final moments that matter most, from pre-exam support to eyewear readiness, fitting, and pickup. As a key member of the team, this role ensures every customer interaction feels seamless, elevated, and on-brand. This role blends customer connection, optical support, and finishing excellence to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Work Experience: 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service (Required)
- Additional Skills: Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills (Required); Clear communication and the ability to educate customers effectively (Required); Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction at every interaction (Required); Support store team in shared goals (Required)
- Bilingual abilities (Preferred)
