Responsibilities
- Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust
- Service assigned stores, refill existing displays, and keep products fully stocked on shelves
- Fill cold boxes and warm shelves with products sold by the company
- Assemble, install, and fill all types of display racks
- Assist Sales Consultants and Area Managers in managing customer accounts and provide sales route coverage as needed
- Prioritize sales activities to achieve objectives aligned with each customer’s business growth plan
- Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and present them correctly in each account
- Propose selling solutions to customers and win sales using consultative selling skills
- Achieve internal SGWS and supplier objectives as prioritized by management
- Participate in sales meetings, on-site trainings, and supplier events as required
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to secure and maintain a State Sales Permit in accordance with state laws (where applicable)
- Able to analyze and understand data and information
- Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities
- Proficient in using mobile devices (e.g., iPad®, smartphone) and online communication techniques (email, posting, texting, etc.) in a professional manner
- Able to take responsibility for own actions and results; commits to providing a consistent high level of service to customers, suppliers, colleagues, and management
- Able to communicate effectively through various methods and express self clearly and concisely while appropriately tailoring message to audience
- Able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Able to maintain a valid and current driver’s license
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Able to travel as needed
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Physical Demands
- Considerable time spent sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer or mobile device
- Occasional to rare walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
- Considerable time driving throughout the day with segments up to 2 hours
- May require lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 45 lbs
Pay
Starting hourly pay between $19 – $23 per hour plus auto allowance. Final offer will be determined based on the candidate’s education, skills, and experience.
