Responsibilities
- Support pipeline generation through targeted prospecting, outreach, and early-stage qualification across Talos’s core client segments, including hedge funds, market makers, prime brokers, and digital asset service providers.
- Participate in discovery and demo calls alongside senior sales team members, learning to map client workflows and requirements to Talos’s product capabilities.
- Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene in Salesforce, ensuring all opportunities, contacts, and activities are accurately recorded and up to date.
- Conduct market and account research to identify high-potential prospects and inform account prioritization strategies.
- Cross-functionally coordinate with Solutions, Account Management, Product, and Engineering to advance deals and ensure accurate client communication.
- Support proposal development, workflow documentation, and follow-up materials for active opportunities.
- Capture and quantify product feedback and feature requests, connecting client insights to product roadmap discussions.
- Build strong product knowledge over time, including Talos’s capabilities, competitive positioning, and technical architecture.
- Represent Talos at industry conferences and client events to build relationships, enhance brand presence, and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within enterprise SaaS, fintech, or institutional financial services.
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets, trading, and technology.
- Familiarity with digital assets or crypto markets is advantageous but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workflows reliably.
- Experience using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) within a structured sales process.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in straightforward terms.
- Coachable, proactive, and thoughtful in approach, with good judgment on when to escalate versus act independently.
- High level of ownership and self-direction; able to identify priorities, remove blockers, and maintain momentum without constant guidance.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed team environment with a high degree of autonomy.
