Sales Associate - Naperville Retail Store
About the role
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing Retail Team Member to join our Fannie May team in Naperville. As a member of our dedicated retail team, you will be responsible for generating sales, providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and performing various operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales and provide excellent customer service
- Operate the cash register
- Perform a variety of operational activities as assigned by the store manager
Requirements
We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with customers, reaching out to the community, and have a passion for chocolate. No prior experience is necessary; we are committed to training and supporting new hires.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. A background check and drug test are required for employment.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $15 to $17.43 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring at least 30 hours per week.
