About the role

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and assisting with store operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
• Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, restocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Participate in training programs to enhance sales and customer service skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
