About the role

We're seeking a Sales Associate who is passionate about pop culture and ready to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves leading our brand’s mission of creating the best shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat business.
• Use product knowledge to assist customers and drive add-on sales through features like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Work the sales floor and ensure assigned areas meet visual standards.
• Assist with planogram changes, including updating store maps, walls, fixtures, and merchandising mixes.
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.
• Collaborate with Store Management to prevent misuse of store resources and maintain a secure environment.
• Help keep the store tidy by maintaining an organized stock room and keeping the store clean.
• Support team efforts to achieve store goals.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Passionate about pop culture and philanthropy.
• Excellent customer service and selling skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• At least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Ability to navigate the store and use approved store equipment.
• Physical ability to pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
