About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Little Caesars Express Sales Associates. The Sales Associate at Little Caesars Express is responsible for preparing food and serving customers with a strong emphasis on delivering the brand’s signature quality and speed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Little Caesars standards, ensuring freshness and quality in every order.
• Greet customers enthusiastically and assist them in placing their orders.
• Provide recommendations based on menu offerings and customer preferences.
• Work efficiently to ensure quick service times, maintaining the brand’s commitment to fast and friendly service.
• Stay informed about Little Caesars’ menu, including new products and promotions, to effectively assist customers and upsell items.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that orders are accurate and presented well.
• Address customer questions and accommodate special requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized food preparation and serving area, adhering to health and safety standards to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
• Help track inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of low stock to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations, share responsibilities, and create a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and deliver excellent customer service.
• Culinary interest and a passion for food and cooking.
• A commitment to enhancing the customer experience by providing friendly, attentive service.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
