About the role

We're looking for a Sales Associate who shares our passion for pop culture and is ready to provide exceptional customer service. Your role will involve creating a welcoming environment for fans to shop and enjoy merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat business
• Ensure sales floor zones are visually appealing and meet standards
• Work the register to process sales and drive add-on sales through BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Avoid misuse of spells and theft by working closely with Store Management
• Maintain the stock room and keep the store tidy
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners
• Support team efforts to achieve store goals

Requirements

• Previous retail experience
• Passion for pop culture and philanthropy
• Excellent customer service and selling skills
• At least 18 years old
• Able to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
