Sales Associate, Land.com - Pennsylvania
About the role
This role is a Field Sales Associate at CoStar Group, responsible for growing revenue through the sale of Land.com solutions in a specific geographic territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep expertise in Land.com products, pricing, and competitive offerings to clearly differentiate value and win competitive deals.
- Own and execute a territory business plan with clear revenue targets, driving consistent growth from both existing customers and new logo acquisition.
- Build, expand, and leverage strong relationships with our client base through consultative selling.
- Drive customer retention by delivering strong onboarding, training, and ongoing account optimization and servicing meetings.
- Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline by tracking activity metrics, forecasting monthly revenue, and executing against defined KPIs.
- Travel up to 40% overnight within an assigned geographic territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university.
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.
- 3+ years of successful sales experience managing a territory preferably in a business-to-business environment.
- A strong record of providing outstanding customer service in prior roles.
- Success in developing new business relationships and managing existing client base.
- Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
- Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CoPilot).

Schedule
The role is home-based, but the candidate must be based in Pennsylvania and close to a major commercial airport to meet clients in person.
