Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Representatives in the sales, promotion, and marketing of Stryker products.
• Provide education and information to doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel regarding the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products, product functionality, and updates.
• Advise on appropriate product selection and answer customer questions about product functionality.
• Distinguish Stryker products from those of competitors.
• Represent Stryker in a professional manner and impact patient care.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in an outside sales position (preferably in medical-related fields).
• A.B. or B.S. degree required.
• Successful completion of in-house product training program.
• Ability to communicate effectively with large groups and via telephone.
• Knowledge of all Stryker products, including their functionality, features, and competitive advantages.
• Ability to analyze territory market potential and prioritize call patterns accordingly.

Pay

$60,000 for salary + benefits.

Schedule

Up to 20% overnight travel annually.
