Key Sales Associate
We are seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join our team. Key Sales Associates engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections, present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits, offer extended service plans and financing options, and work with the entire sales team to provide a superior experience to all valued customers.

- Meet individual and team sales goals
- May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties
Job Requirements
One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections
- Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits
- Offer extended service plans and financing options
- Work with the entire sales team to provide a superior experience to all valued customers
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties
Total Rewards
Base pay, $15.92 – $16.20 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
