Sales Associate / Key Sales / Seasonal Opportunities - Banter by Piercing Pagoda - The Mall in Columbia - Store 905 - Columbia, MD

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the entire sales team to provide a superior experience to all valued customers.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• Assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties (may).

Job Requirements

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience preferred, but not required.

Total Rewards

• Base pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour plus commission on sales.
