About the role

This position is based in Store 01118 in Cranberry Township, PA (16066) and is regular part-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service that promotes product and builds brand relationships
• Assist the management team in building store business
• Serve multiple customers simultaneously and handle projects efficiently
• Stay aware of fashion trends and new arrivals, including product knowledge about fit, color, and style
• Use fashion expertise to create outfits and suggest items tailored to customer needs
• Maintain a productive work environment through positive relationships
• Communicate store information, brand initiatives, and discrepancies to management
• Achieve sales and service metrics, including Talbots Classic Awards
• Maximize individual performance through learning opportunities and feedback
• Support operational excellence, including inventory management, order fulfillment, recalls, recovery, replenishment, and re-ticketing
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs
• Lead or supervise others, including opening or closing the store
• Understand customer needs and wants through intentional conversation
