Qualifications

• 6 months of face-to-face customer service experience
• High School diploma (or equivalent) preferred
• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills enabling effective sales and customer relations
• Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintenance of a relevant client book/network

Responsibilities

• Meet personal sales goals and consistently strive to achieve company sales expectations
• Maintain a strong customer focus and consistently provide quality customer service
• Promote a positive customer experience by keeping all customer areas clean and presenting merchandise according to company merchandising standards
• Ring customer transactions, perform register functions, and follow company cash handling policies

Pay

The pay range for this position is: $16.50 to $17.50 per hour.
