About the role

Our sales team is a key driver of our success. We’re looking for Sales Associates to join us and contribute to our growth.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal sales goals and be aware of sales-to-goal status, consistently striving to achieve company sales expectations.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and provide quality customer service.
• Promote a positive customer experience by keeping all customer areas clean and presenting merchandise according to company merchandising standards.
• Ring customer transactions, perform register functions, and follow company cash handling policies.

Requirements

• 6 months of face-to-face customer service experience (preferred).
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to enable effective sales and customer relations.
