Sales Associate - Karl Lagerfeld Paris (Part-Time)

About the role

Our sales team is one of the largest reasons for our success. We have openings for Sales Associates who will meet personal sales goals, maintain a strong customer focus, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal sales goals and be aware of sales-to-goal status to consistently achieve company sales expectations.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and provide quality customer service.
• Promote a positive customer experience by keeping all customer areas clean and presenting merchandise according to company merchandising standards.
• Ring customer transactions, perform register functions, and follow company cash handling policies.
• Engage in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintenance of a relevant client book/network.

Requirements

• 6 months of face-to-face customer service experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills enabling effective sales and customer relations.
