About the role

Jared Jewelers is seeking Seasonal, Part-Time, and Full-Time team members to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate thrives on building personal relationships that will last a lifetime and helps our customers celebrate the special moments in their lives.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires
• Present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products
• Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options
• Maintain individual and team sales goals

Requirements

• A desire to help our customers celebrate the special moments in their lives
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
• A positive, customer-focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Strong communication and relational skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for Part-Time and Full-Time positions)

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of jewelry products and services
