Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires
• Present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products
• Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options
• Maintain individual and team sales goals

Requirements

• A desire to help our customers celebrate the special moments in their lives
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
• A positive, customer-focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Strong communication and relational skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for full-time positions)

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of jewelry products and services

Pay

Base pay, $17.13 – $24.60 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.

Mixed schedule with flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
