Sales Associate - Hourly + Commission

About the role

Location: Parkersburg, West Virginia. DSI brings over 40 years of sales enablement and customized business solutions, helping clients and partners grow and succeed. We specialize in retail sales solutions inside major retail environments, connecting customers with leading wireless technology. We are hiring energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services
• Drive retail sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand compliance
• Work collaboratively with team members to maximize store sales performance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred)
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets)
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed

Pay

Competitive hourly pay + uncapped commission; earn $60,000+ annually with performance.
