About the role

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Associate to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 30 years, and we are USA family owned and operated!

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch.
• Utilize our exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system to empower customers to find their perfect mattress based on 18 measurements and personalized recommendations.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focused on improving customers' lives through our sleep solutions.
• Use state-of-the-art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of large ticket/high value product sales experience.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with their purchases.
• A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm for success.
• The ability to interact with and understand customer needs.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated and successful in a retail sales environment.
• Flexible schedule available to work evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
• Experience working with state-of-the-art technology including tablets, mobile POS, and bedMATCH system.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
