Core Responsibilities
- Greet every guest in your location
- Perform all cash register functions
- Portray a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
- Perform daily cleaning duties
- Maintain store displays
- Learn and execute LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
- Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom
- Assist in the receiving of merchandise
- Maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards
- Notify management of potential shortage situations
- Resolve customer issues
- Report challenging situations to manager
Customer Engagement
- Use of promotional materials
- Loyalty programs
