About the role

Adore Me, a subsidiary of Victoria’s Secret & Co. (NYSE: VSCO) since being acquired in December 2022, is seeking a Sales Associate for their Hamilton Place Mall location.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with warmth, energy, and professionalism
• Deliver personalized service through product recommendations and one-on-one attention
• Conduct bra fittings and ensure the try-on room experience is welcoming and supportive
• Build strong client relationships through clienteling, upselling, and follow-up
• Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and reaching daily goals
• Maintain awareness of store promotions, loyalty programs, and product launches
• Communicate customer feedback to store leadership to improve experience and offering
• Support teammates in achieving sales targets and delivering results
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually aligned with brand standards
• Assist with restocking, folding, sizing, and replenishment
• Participate in product launches, floor sets, and promotional changes
• Follow all policies for safety, loss prevention, and store procedures

Requirements

• The ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs., as well as frequent bending, standing, walking, and movement throughout the sales floor
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred
• A passion for fashion, customer service, and inclusive values
• A friendly, confident, and approachable demeanor
• A reliable team player with a strong work ethic
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

Pay

• Hourly rate: $10-$13/hour based on experience

Schedule

• Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts including evenings and weekends
