About the role

The Sales Associate at Psycho Bunny's Great Mall Outlets (on-site) position offers a unique opportunity to join the Bold Side of Retail. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll ensure a consistently high customer experience while embodying Psycho Bunny's core values and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Utilize computer systems to ring transactions, perform merchandise transfers, and fulfill orders.
• Protect store assets and inventory by following loss prevention procedures and reporting violations to supervisors.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through clienteling, focusing on building sales and engaging with clients.
• Aid in capturing customer contact information and assist with other duties as required by store management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience.
