Responsibilities

• Builds customer relationships by providing excellent service and assisting customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
• Displays knowledge of fashion trends and assists in merchandising and restocking.
• Maintains a positive attitude and complies with company policies.
• Supports the training of new employees and helps maintain a safe and orderly store environment.
• Works flexible hours and is available to support store operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Open availability to work extended hours as needed.
