Sales Associate (Full-Time) - Severance Commons, Cleveland, OH

About the role

We are seeking dedicated employees to join our team to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales in our DTLR stores. Our associates play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have the best shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Builds customer relationships by providing excellent service and assisting customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
• Displays knowledge of fashion trends and sells appropriate merchandise while maintaining DTLR standards.
• Maintains and restocks merchandise, monitors store operations, and assists with shipments.
• Supports the training of new employees and helps maintain a professional, orderly sales environment.
• Works flexible hours, including extended shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Open availability to work multiple shifts and locations within the assigned district.

Physical Requirements

• Standing for extended periods.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Reliable transportation.

Pay

The Sales Associate (Full-Time) pay range is $13.25 - $14.25 per hour. This role is eligible for the company's 401K plan.
