About the role

We are seeking dedicated employees to join our team to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales in our DTLR stores. Our associates play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have the best shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Builds customer relationships by providing excellent service and assisting customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
• Displays knowledge of fashion trends and assists in merchandising and restocking.
• Maintains a positive attitude and complies with company policies.
• Supports the training of new employees and helps minimize inventory shrinkage.
• Works flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Open availability to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Pay

Sales Associate (Full-Time) pay range: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour.

Schedule

A standard work week consists of a minimum of 35 hours up to a maximum of 40 hours.
