About the role

Greet all customers with enthusiasm and deliver an exceptional shopping experience in a friendly and professional manner.
Assess customer needs and inquiries by asking open-ended questions to provide personalized solutions, leveraging your in-depth product knowledge to support them in selecting the right products.
Stay informed about current sales and ongoing in-store promotions to keep customers updated and enhance their shopping experience.
Ensure smooth and accurate customer transactions by efficiently utilizing our point-of-sale system and Kiokii Loyalty Reward Membership Program.
Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and long-term brand loyalty.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
Collaborate with team members to support daily store operations and achieve target goals.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• A deep enthusiasm for the Asian beauty industry, with a commitment to learning, sharing knowledge, and staying informed on the latest products and trends to better serve customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a friendly and energetic personality.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and able to adapt to customer needs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic math proficiency and ability to handle cash and transactions accurately.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods of time.
• Able to bend, stoop, and reach for products on shelves or storage areas.

• Ability to work in a retail setting that may require moderate noise levels, bright lighting, or fluctuations in temperature.
