As a Sales Associate at COS, you are the friendly face that greets our customers and embodies the heart of our brand. Your role is essential in creating welcoming experiences that showcase the best of COS. With warmth and enthusiasm, you'll guide our customers through their journey, offering genuine assistance and proactive service to uplift and inspire. Together, we’ll create moments that make shopping at COS an absolute delight.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level service to customers at every turn, from initiating conversations to assisting at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and throughout the shop floor
- Process deliveries and replenish stock
- Merchandise the latest garments on the shop floor
Qualifications
- Customer-focused with a commercial mindset
- Interest in trends and fashion
- Communicative, positive, and open-minded
- Willing to learn, adaptable, and action-oriented

- Self-motivated, confident, and resilient
Previous experience in customer service and familiarity with textile materials are nice to have but not mandatory.
Pay
$17.00 per hour
Schedule
Full-time position offering 32-40 hours per week.
