Responsibilities

• Drive sales and build relationships by connecting with customers and exceeding sales targets.
• Assist new and returning customers in finding products that meet their needs.
• Provide tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions that fit each customer’s lifestyle and preferences.
• Enhance skills through hands-on training and collaborate with experienced professionals to deliver top-tier service.
• Work closely with the team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Pay

Pay range: $15.92 – $20.68 per hour. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may also be offered.
