About the role

We’re excited to launch our next Sales Associate Cohort starting October 1, 2026! Designed for individuals eager to break into medical sales and build a long-term career within Mölnlycke’s Wound Care business, this is an 18-month, entry-level field sales role with a clear path toward becoming a Territory Sales Manager (TSM).

Region covers: AK, CO, ID, MT, OR, UT, WA, WY

What you’ll need

  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field from an accredited college and/or university required
  • Be ready to start on 10/1/2026
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, Customer Service, Sales, and/or Marketing Experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., sit, stand, walk for long distances, and stoop
  • Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain hospital-required credentialing, which may include Covid-19 vaccinations.
  • Relocation within the US may be required for promotion.

Compensation & Benefits

This role is eligible for a base salary, quarterly bonus & car reimbursement. Offers of employment consider various factors, including experience, education, location, and role-specific requirements.
