About the role

Earn a competitive income while you learn and build your clientele. On average, Sales Associates earn $50,000 - $90,000 or more annually, with top performers reaching $100K+.

Pay

• Generous draw vs. commission structure: commission up to 6% plus bonus income.
• Paid training with a minimum guaranteed salary of $3,000/month for the first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Maximize excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed minimum sales standards and assigned sales goals.
• Prospect new customers through networking and clienteling efforts.
• Complete all required initial and ongoing sales training programs and attend store meetings.
• Communicate professionally with customers, clients, management, and colleagues.
• Work independently and cooperatively as part of a team.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Customer service experience (face-to-face preferred).
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Willingness to learn and ability to be trained or coached.
• Retail, hospitality, or service industry experience preferred.
• Sales, upselling, marketing, interior design experience, or education preferred.
• Proficiency with computerized systems (Windows, Microsoft Office, POS systems, digital/mobile devices).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent and above.
