About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be a proud Brand Ambassador, creating memorable and fun experiences for every customer. You’ll live and breathe Cotton On’s values, championing our foundations to positively impact communities worldwide. Your role includes merchandising and replenishing stock to keep the store fresh and inviting, and collaborating with your team to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and enjoyable shopping experiences for customers.
• Uphold and promote Cotton On’s values and community impact initiatives.
• Maintain a visually appealing store through careful merchandising and replenishment.
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, preferably in fast fashion.
• Ability to collaborate effectively to drive team results.
• Understanding of basic retail principles such as sales, stock management, and customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly (e.g., boxes, merchandise packages, bins, clothing racks).
• Ability to squat or kneel regularly (e.g., accessing under-storage bins, visual resets).
• Ability to safely use ladders, step stools, or raised platforms to complete tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail environment, ideally in fast fashion.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Basic understanding of retail operations, including sales, stock, and service delivery.
• Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Pay

$18.50 per hour (CA).

Schedule

Part-time, hourly position with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
