About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be a proud Brand Ambassador, creating memorable and fun experiences for every customer. You’ll live and breathe the Cotton On values, championing our foundations to make a positive impact on communities worldwide. Your role includes merchandising and replenishing stock to keep the store fresh and inviting, and collaborating with your team to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable and engaging customer experiences.

• Maintain store presentation through merchandising and replenishment.
• Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, preferably in fast fashion.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as a team.
• Awareness of basic retail principles (sales, stock, and service delivery).
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly (e.g., boxes, merchandise, bins, clothing racks).
• Ability to regularly squat or kneel (e.g., accessing under-storage bins, visual resets).
• Ability to safely use ladders, step stools, or raised platforms for tasks.

Pay

$15.50 per hour (part-time, hourly position).
