About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be a proud Brand Ambassador, creating memorable and fun experiences for every customer. You’ll live and breathe the Cotton On values, championing our foundations to make a real, positive impact on communities worldwide. Your role includes merchandising and replenishing stock to keep the store fresh and inviting, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You’ll collaborate with your team to achieve goals and celebrate wins together.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating engaging and enjoyable shopping experiences.
• Merchandise and replenish stock with care to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
• Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed sales and performance goals.
• Uphold and promote Cotton On’s values and community impact initiatives.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, preferably in fast fashion.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as part of a team.
• Awareness and understanding of basic retail principles, including sales, stock management, and service delivery.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly (e.g., boxes, merchandise packages, bins, clothing racks, stools/ladders).
• Ability to regularly squat or kneel (e.g., to access under-storage bins or during visual resets).
• Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform to complete tasks.

Pay

$16.90 per hour (part-time, hourly position).
