Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create engaging in-store experiences.
• Maintain store presentation, including merchandising and replenishing stock.
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Uphold and promote Cotton On’s values and commitment to positive community impact.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, preferably in fast fashion.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as part of a team.
• Awareness and understanding of basic retail principles (sales, stock management, and service delivery).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly (e.g., boxes, merchandise packages, bins, clothing racks, stools/ladders).
• Ability to regularly squat or kneel (e.g., to access under-storage bins or during visual resets).
• Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform to complete tasks.

Pay

$13.00 per hour.

Schedule

Part-time, hourly paid position with a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
