Requirements

• Experience in retail, preferably in fast fashion
• Proven ability to collaborate and drive results as a team member
• Knowledge and understanding of basic retail principles like sales, stock, and service delivery
• Able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Physical Requirements

• Move around the store throughout the shift/workday
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly (e.g., boxes or other merchandise packages, bins, clothing racks, stools/ladders)
• Squat/kneel (e.g., to access under-storage bins, during visual resets)
• Use a ladder, step stool or raised platform safely to complete required tasks
