About the role

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor at Cosmoprof is responsible for creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. This role focuses on one primary objective: helping customers navigate their beauty journey through recommendations, promotions, and educational support.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty among customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products to enhance the shopping experience.
• Inform customers about current promotions and events happening at Cosmoprof.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues promptly.
• Demonstrate the Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.
