About the role

The Sales Associate at Cosmoprof will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. They will assist with various beauty products, recommend additional products, inform customers about promotions and events, set up displays, and ensure customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program. The role also includes maintaining a professional store environment and communicating inventory issues.

Responsibilities

• Create relationships and inspire loyalty among customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Cosmoprof Culture Values.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service.
• Ability to read and explain product labels.
• Ability to follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
